Mouth of Sauron

"Mouth of the High King", under the Usurper

This ancient necromancer has a wizened look, but his eyes gleam with dread power.

He is first encountered while the party chases the Usurper from Isengard, and calls himself the Mouth of the High King.

The party refers to him as the Mouth of the Usurper, until the latter is captured. Then it is revealed that he is actually the Mouth of Sauron, and far more powerful than they’d realized. While he does not wear one of the Rings of Power, he is still a real force to be reckoned with.
